New Larger Homesites Delivered to Builders

Expanding families or those who just want a bigger backyard, get ready to move. Harvest Green builders have received larger homesites with some already beginning pre-sales.

Johnson Development recently delivered 65-foot homesites to David Weekley Homes and Highland Homes. Tri Pointe Homes and Coventry Homes received 75-foot properties. There is a total of 36 homesites in the 65-foot section and 24 in the 75-foot section.

Highland Homes has started pre-selling homes designed for 65-foot homesites. Homes start from the $630,000s. Find out more here. They will soon be constructing homes on 40-foot properties, as well.

Coventry Homes has begun pre-sales of homes built on the 75-foot homesites. Homes are priced from the $810,000s. They are also selling homes on 55-foot properties priced from the $580,000s. You can contact Joanne DeCarlo for more information.

David Weekley Homes has started pre-selling their 65-foot homesites. Homes start from the $560,000s. Stay tuned because they will also be selling 45-foot homesites. Learn more here.

Tri Pointe Homes will begin selling 75-foot products soon. They will also be building on 40-foot homesites. 

Three more builders have begun pre-sales. Lennar’s homes are situated on 55-foot homesites and are priced from the $480,000s. Westin Homes has started pre-selling their homes for 60-foot homesites. Pricing starts from the $700,000s. 

Newmark Homes has begun pre-selling homes for 50-foot homesites with pricing from the $450,000s. Contact Ron Rice for more information.

Perry Homes is now selling on 60-foot properties starting at $680s. They will soon build on 45-foot homesites as well. Learn more here.

D. R. Horton will build on 50-foot homesites. They have yet to begin pre-sales. Check back here in the coming weeks for pricing and contact information.

All homesites are slated to be delivered by February of this year.

The new expansion has room for approximately 1,400 new homes as well as multiple parks, lots of trails, open green spaces and a second pool. Oyster Creek winds through the new property for approximately 1.7 miles. Residents of the new neighborhoods will also have access to everything that makes Harvest Green such a “farmtastic” community, including our 12-acre Village Farm, Farmhouse amenity center and three onsite Fort Bend ISD schools.
