Brews and Pups = Happiness May 19
We can think of a lot of things that make people happy but exercise, beer and dogs pretty much top the list. If they top yours, then you won’t want to miss Pilates, Pints and Pups 4-6 p.m. Sunday, May 19.
Sign up for an awesome 60-minute Pilates class (you’ll really feel those abdominal muscles) taught by a member of our fitness team at the Farmhouse, 3400 Harvest Corner Drive. The class is $15 and takes place rain or shine from 4-5 p.m. The class is free for residents.
Found a fur-ever friend? Pup Squad will take applications and set up a home visit for prospective "paw-rents." You can check out their adoptable list of pups here. If you see one you are interested in go ahead and fill out your application to get a head start on the process!
Following the workout, you can indulge in “yappy hour” from 5-6 p.m. with beer from Eureka Heights Brewing Company and rescue dogs from Pup Squad Animal Rescue . You don’t have to take the class to play with the pups but if you do, you get to take home a custom Harvest Green pint glass!
Procedes will benefit Pup Squad Animal Rescue that rescues orphaned puppies and nursing litters and then matches them with permanent adoptive homes.
While you’re here, you might want to see our new herd of colorful cows. Not real cows, but a fun art installation perfect for family photos or selfies.
