Get ready to make a splash with our heart-pumping and muscle-building cardio and strength water fitness class! This high-energy class is perfect for all fitness levels and generations, so whether you're a seasoned pro or just dipping your toes in, you'll be able to dive right in and make waves! With the buoyancy of the water, you'll experience less impact on your joints, making this the perfect workout for anyone who wants to get fit without the stress on their body. But don't let that fool you - the water drag provides resistance that will challenge your muscles and allow you to work in all planes of movement.
Our class combines cardio aerobic elements to get your heart rate up and pump up the adrenaline, with targeted strength training for your upper and lower body and abdominals, so you'll leave feeling strong, toned and ready to take on the day.
This class is approximately 45 minutes in length. Class Instructor: Tammy B.

Registered participants will be prioritized and participation will be limited to 15 persons per class. Check in will be required prior to each class with the instructor. To ensure you have secured a spot, please register on the Harvest Green APP
