Teen Self-Defense Class at Harvest Green Farmhouse
Empower your teen with skills that build confidence, awareness, and personal safety. This interactive Teen Self-Defense Class is designed to teach practical techniques teens can use in real-world situations--while also reinforcing smart decision-making, situational awareness, and self-confidence.
Led by a trained instructor, participants will learn age-appropriate self-defense moves, how to recognize and avoid potentially unsafe situations, and how to respond assertively if they ever feel threatened. The class focuses on prevention first, physical techniques second, and confidence always.
This is a supportive, encouraging environment where teens can learn, practice, and ask questions--no prior experience needed. Parents can feel confident knowing their teens are gaining valuable tools they can carry with them for life.
Open to Harvest Green teens. Comfortable clothing recommended.
