Join us to be guided through making your own customized rolls in a Sushi 101' Workshop! The Sushi 101 Class will be a 2-hour review of the crucial factors in making quality sushi at home and learning how to make a variety of sushi options - sushi rice, nigiri sushi and 2 forms of sushi rolls.
