Ft Bend County Central Appraisal District will mail your current property tax appraisal by April. Do you have questions about your property appraisal value? Is it too high? should you protest? if so, how?

Please join us to hear Garrett Graham with Bettencourt Tax Advisors, an industry leader in property tax reduction, as he speaks to our residents on Monday, March 18, 6:30pm - 7:30pm at The Farmhouse. 

Mr. Graham will discuss issues surrounding property appraisal values, what you need to know, what you can do and how he may assist in lowering these values. In addition, he will provide current information regarding Texas Senator Paul Bettencourt’s efforts towards property tax reform in Texas. Senator Bettencourt is the President and CEO of Bettencourt Tax Advisors. There will be time for Q&A following his presentation.
