Join us for an informative workshop with a local nutrition expert! Christina Curry is a registered dietitian with the Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Sports Medicine Institute Sugar Land location. She will be going over some nutrition basics & touch on some ways the fresh produce from the farm can benefit your health.
We will also have a Q&A session for residents to bring forward any questions they may have on the topic.
Refreshments will be provided by Memorial Hermann!
