Perry Homes Debuts New Plans in Harvest Green

Perry Homes is expanding its offerings in master-planned Harvest Green with new home designs priced from the $260,000s.

Island kitchens with built-in seating spaces, libraries with French doors, soaring ceilings, game rooms and abundant closet space are just some of the features included in the 15 plans. Homes are designed for 45-foot properties and range from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet.

“Harvest Green is an exemplary community, and Perry Homes is excited for the opportunity to be expanding our offering there,” said Grant Wagner, Division President for Perry Homes. “Starting this month, we will now have homes available from $260,000 to more than $500,000. We look forward to accommodating almost every home buyer’s needs with more than 40 floor plans to choose from. In partnership with Johnson Development, we look forward to continuing to build quality homes in this one-of-kind master-planned community.”

Pre-sales have commenced. A model home is slated to begin construction this month with a late January completion date. The model, located at 951 Sweet Sesame Street, will be the builder’s 1984 floor plan. The single-story home is highlighted by walls of windows in the family room and master suite and a gourmet kitchen. Options such as a fireplace and covered patio also will be showcased.

“Perry is one of our most popular builders,” said Doug Goff, Co-President and Chief Operating Officer forJohnson Development. “Buyers are attracted to their thoughtfully designed floor plans, high-end finishes and customer service. We expect the new designs to sell quickly as they offer Perry’s commitment to quality at a very attractive price.

Perry also offers homes situated on 60-foot homesites. Priced from the $380,000s, designs range from 2,500 to 3,800 square feet. Buyers can see all Perry designs at the builder’s model at 3435 Heather Garden Trail.
