September Builders' Incentives Open the Door to a New Home

Harvest Green builders are opening the door to new home ownership with money-saving incentives on everything from appliances to closing costs.

Autumn is on the way, but buyers can take still take advantage of Plantation Homes’ $5,000 move-in ready summer package. The builder is giving away a stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerator, luxury front-load washer and dryer and 2-inch Capri-Redi-made faux wood blinds with the purchase of any to-be-built Plantation Home until Sept. 30.

Newmark Homes customers also will receive an appliance package, as well as upgrades to floors, cabinets and counters during its “Welcome to Our Family” promotion. In addition, buyers will receive $5,000 to use at the design center. Using the builder’s preferred lender will provide even more savings with Newmark paying up to $5,000 in closing costs.

Westin Homes and Darling Homes are offering design center savings, as well. Westin is offering $15,000 in credit, plus an additional $5,000 in granite countertop upgrades, while Darling Homes continues its summer design center promotion. Darling homebuyers will receive 10 percent of the purchase price of their new home to use at the builder’s design gallery. Both offers are good throughout the month.

Darling Homes is offering an additional incentive to hardworking essential community service providers in the Houston area. Through the builder’s Public Service Awards program, firefighters, police officers, medical professionals, military personnel and educators will get $1,000 to use at the design gallery or to reduce the purchase price on eligible homes. The awards program continues through Dec. 31.

Two builders are offering incentives on their move-in ready homes. Highland Homes will pay up to $13,000 in closing costs on any inventory home purchased by Sept. 30. Trendmaker is continuing to celebrate 45 years of creating high-quality homes by offering buyers a 4.5 percent incentive on select inventory homes purchased this month.

In addition to a new home, buyers will open the door on a new lifestyle with resort-style amenities, farm-fresh produce and acres of open spaces when they move to Harvest Green.
