Cool Savings Make July Perfect Time to Move

July is the perfect time to make the move to Harvest Green with a number of builder incentives offering savings on upgrades, utilities and closing costs.

Plantation Homes is extending its popular “Beat the Heat” sales event. During the month of July, the builder will pay two years’ worth of electric bills when buyers purchase a new Plantation energy-efficient home. Plantation also is offering a $5,000 summer move-in package that will equip buyers’ homes with appliances and Capri Redi-Made faux wood blinds. In addition to the blinds, customers will receive a stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerator, luxury front-load washer and a front-load dryer if they purchase a to-be-built home by July 31.

Newmark Homes is offering a plethora of savings starting with free appliances, blinds and many upgrades. The builder’s “What’s on the Menu” incentive package offers buyers cherry or maple cabinets, a choice of 16 granite countertops, hardwood flooring throughout the home and a Frigidaire professional appliance package when customers purchase a build-to-order home by July 31. Buyers also will receive an additional $5,000 in design center credit, as well as an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan plus $2,500 toward closing costs.

Darling Homes also is offering design center credit. Prospective homeowners can create a beautiful retreat with 10 percent off design center options. The offer is good through Sept. 30.

Buyers looking for a quick move-in home will benefit from Lennar Homes’ “Celebrate Summer” sales event. Buyers who sign a contract by Aug. 15 will not have to pay closing costs.

Harvest Green is an outstanding master-planned Fort Bend community. Residents benefit from an on-site farm and access to on-site middle and high schools with an elementary school in the works. Planned resort-style amenities include a pool, fitness center, event lawn and more than 300 acres of lakes, waterways, greenbelts and open spaces. Homes are priced from the $240,000s.

Many builders require incentive flyers to be presented at the time of purchase, to view them and for more information, click here.
