About Harvest Green

The 1,300-acre master-planned community by The Johnson Development Corp. is located at the Grand Parkway and West Airport Boulevard, minutes from the Energy Corridor and Sugar Land.

“We’ve been looking forward to this day ever since we decided to develop a community with an emphasis on local, naturally grown foods,” says Shay Shafie, general manager of Fort Bend’s newest master-planned community.  “We’re expecting a strong turnout from those looking to be among the first to learn about Harvest Green’s unique vision.”

Besides enjoying fresh produce from an onsite farm co-op, Harvest Green residents can participate in chef-instructed culinary classes, farm-to-table dinners and various social gatherings as planned by an onsite Lifestyle Director. Each new home in Harvest Green also will come with an option of a ready-to-grown backyard vegetable garden.

Besides its farm-fresh appeal, Harvest Green will offer winding hike-and-bike trails and more than 50 acres of parks and greenbelts.

Residents will attend schools in the Fort Bend Independent School District, including Travis High School and James Bowie Middle School within the community.  Another site in Harvest Green has been reserved for a new Fort Bend ISD elementary school.
