We're Planting the Seeds for New Homes

This summer we planted the seeds needed to grow new homes, and boy, are we expecting a bumper crop!

So many people have decided to make the move to Harvest Green that builders Newmark Homes, Lennar and D.R. Horton nearly sold out. In response to that demand, we released nearly 200 new homesites in June and July. Based on past experience, we don’t expect them to last long.

Lennar offers more than a dozen floor plans in our community priced from the $240,000s. Ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet, the homes boast the builder’s Everything’s Included® signature amenities including $10,000 worth of smart home features.

Looking for a home that meets your unique dual living situation? You should come by the Lennar model home and take a look at the builder’s NextGen multi-generational home option. Boasting a separate entrance, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, living room, bedroom and bath, it’s a great option for keeping relatives close.

Buyers can choose between eight beautiful designs offered by D. R. Horton. Plans range from 1,800 to nearly 3,000 square feet and are priced from the $250,000s. Newmark currently offers 13 floor plans priced from the $275,000s. Homes range from 2,100 to 2,900 square feet.

Our other eight award-winning builders are slated to receive 226 homesites by the end of the year. They will be divided between seven newly opened neighborhoods allowing Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Darling Homes, Plantation Homes, Meritage Homes and Trendmaker Homes to continue their successful building programs. Perry Homes will be introducing a new product in a section of homesites designed for 45-foot properties.

That’s not the only way we are growing. We are adding new family-friendly amenities designed to keep everyone playing. In short order, we will soon have a new sports basin and a dog park, as well as permanent restroom facilities and a playground next to the farmers market parking lot. Don’t forget about our other new playground featuring a custom-built barn-themed play structure. In 2019, we are planning to open tennis courts and a sand volleyball pit.

Come out and harvest your own new home, our buildersare standing by to help and our friendly residents are standing by to welcome you.
