We Sowed Seeds of Wellness

At Harvest Green we are committed to helping our residents live healthier, happier lives. One of the ways we do this is through activities that promote wellness — like our recent Wheel of Wellness event.

Nicole Hayes, our intrepid lifestyle director, did an amazing job of crafting this fabulous day of focusing on all the ways to stay healthy. She invited businesses that represent the seven pillars of wellness — physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, social, environmental and intellectual — to share their products and services.

Our fabulous fitness director, Xavier Donaldson, got our hearts pumping with energetic sessions of Zumba, HIIT and Barre workouts. There was even a Sound Bath class that invited people to immerse themselves in soothing sounds to help promote relaxation.

Residents had a blast using smoothie bikes to blend their own fruity beverages, getting massages and meeting wellness professionals. In addition to free smoothies, they got Harvest Green fanny packs!

All in all, it was a great way to help our residents kick off their wellness journey and meet local businesses committed to helping them achieve their goals.

If how you live is as important to you as where you live, then we invite you to visit us at Harvest Green. Our builders’ representatives would be happy to talk to you about how you can make your home in our happy, healthy community.
